Most people assume their relationship problems come down to communication. When relationships start to experience challenges and it feels like you have to manage your happiness and sacrifice your happiness to keep the connection, something has gone wrong. Relationships are systems and should be understood as such. Like systems, relationships rely on structures and the interdependence and functionality of elements of the system. When something fails in the relationship system and that failure is not identified and the pattern corrected, the relationship begins to suffer under misalignment and friction becomes a mainstay in your relationship environment. Most people then begin looking at symptoms of what is always a deeper structural issue. What you’re actually experiencing might look like:

• conversations that go nowhere

• tension that keeps repeating

• feeling disconnected even when nothing is “wrong”

• loss of attraction or intimacy

• emotional shutdown, confusion, or instability

• cycles of closeness followed by distance

• disagreements and an inability to reach a consensus

This session is a diagnostic. You’re will not receive surface advice. You will get deeper structural advice on where the architecture of your relationship is failing. This is not a therapy session and we do not emotionally process during this session. I give you a roadmap of what needs to be addressed.

This reading and audit examines the structural integrity of your connection and what may be the source of the emotional unavailability or distance you feel, and the constant tension.
